What you need to bring: 

  • 10+ years of staffing industry experience
  • 5+ years of leading a team of sales managers and people
  • Experience in managing a minimum of $30M in revenue 
  • Proven track record of generating new business in order to execute sales targets
  • Strong background in providing leadership to the team while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development and high performance standards 
  • Knows how to anticipate and adopt innovations in business-building digital and technology applications
  • Strategic thinking, business acumen, and entrepreneurial mindset are a must
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-pace environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations
  • Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups
  • Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
