Job Summary

A growth focused service line sales leader who has successfully created positive impact through YoY business expansion. Must have run all phases of a service line sales cycle, including qualification, sales pursuit and close by applying deep sales process and technical expertise. Develop proactive relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients by utilizing a differentiated roadmap and framework leveraging the latest digital technologies. Candidate primary objective will be to increase revenue by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Randstad Digital Service Line capabilities. The position is part of the Service Line function at Randstad Digital Growth Office.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business by identifying potential customers and proactively reaching out to them
  • Create solutions to complex technology business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needs
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements and ensure the right solutions are delivered
  • Interacts with senior management levels at clients and within Randstad Digital, determines pursuit strategies, develops client messaging plans and relationships, and applies industry-leading digital enablement strategies and practices.
  • Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
  • Working closely with Service Line Partnership ecosystem and practices to fulfill clients Digital enablement journey
  • Enable field team success across the sales lifecycle of market development, shaping, pipeline management, proposal submission to deal closure.

What you need to bring: 

  • Minimum High School or GED
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 15 years experience with proven track record of success in service line sales, cloud, digital, and/or technology transformation services

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Location - USA, India and Canada
  • Previous experience in conceptualizing, selling, planning, and implementing CX (Customer Experience), Data, Cloud, Native Development and Product Engineering
  • Deep experience in Public Cloud, Cloud Native, DevOps/SRE adoption, Data/Analytics, Web Platforms,, AI/ML Digital Engineering using Microservices, Kubernetes, containers, automation, IoT, etc
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients
  • Experience developing, implementing, managing, and executing cross-functional offerings, solutions-led programs, and sales motion.
  • Prior experience selling on one of the hyperscalers AWS/Azure/GCP
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results. Ability to effectively lead and work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
  • Experience in working in Global Diverse locations (Onshore/Nearshore/Offshore)
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

The base salary range for this position is $158,500.00 - $214,500.00.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
