As a Recruiting Coordinator - Scheduler, you are responsible for customer service aspects of employment such as coordinating/scheduling all phases of interviews. You will interact frequently with candidates, recruiters and interviewers, ensuring interviews are executed seamlessly.

  • What you need to bring:
  • 1-2 years of recruiting coordination, HR, or similar high volume administrative position required
  • Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results while building positive relationships
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Google Docs, Calendar, and Gmail or other similar software
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, ambiguous work environment
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with a desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation and success
  • BA/BS degree (in lieu of degree, 2 years relevant work experience)

The base salary range for this position is between $48,000-$62,000.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. In addition, Randstad offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, an incentive and recognition program, and 401K contribution (all benefits are based on eligibility).   Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
