The Engineering Sales Director has active involvement in all facets of our local staffing, direct hire, and solutions business.  The ideal individual will plan and implement consistent volumes of focused activities necessary for high achievement in successfully solving the needs of their client while leading and developing a team.

Required Skills:
  • 5+ years business-to-business sales experience 
  • Prior staffing industry experience (Engineering/IT/Accounting & Finance/Skilled Trades Manufacturing) experience is highly preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience in leading a sales team and hiring top talent 
  • Ability to spend 50% of the time leading, and 50% of the time producing
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Documented, successful attainment of previously established goals
  • An ability to work in a very fast paced, team environment
  • Ability to fully leverage all processes and technology tools to more productively deliver results
  • Ability to successfully interface with clients (both internal and external)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to make decisions, take direction, execute a plan and handle multiple priorities simultaneously 
  • Able to communicate with and present at the executive level.

The base salary range for this position is $81,130 - $115,600.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
