Position Title: RT SVP Enterprise Services

External Description:

The RT SVP Enterprise Services role will drive efficiency and collaboration to improve service experiences across Randstad Technologies (RT). This role will serve as a strategic advisor and counsel to the RT Group President and CCO with key focus on assessing and building capabilities driven by market, client and operational demands. Additionally, the SVP Enterprise Services will work with closely with RT Field Leaders and key Randstad stakeholders to develop a comprehensive understanding of their business and deliverables. By creating the position of SVP Enterprise Services, Randstad Technologies is investing in its ability to enable the success of its most critical initiatives, including the overall successful functioning of its leadership team. At its core the role is responsible for:

Duties and Responsibilities

Strategic Advisor

  • Act as a strategic advisor to the RT Group President & CCO and other RT/RTG Leadership team members as required on critical business projects ensuring timely and successful delivery
  • Strategically offering insight, advice and guidance to the MD to ensure that the organization is executing on its strategy, its culture and acting in the best interest of its shareholders and stakeholders
  • Fosters close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organization’s efficient operation and success

Operational Leadership

  • Organize & lead agenda for critical NAM leadership meetings including ELT, cross functional meetings & onsite leadership meetings
  • Responsible for driving the successful outcome of strategic initiatives on behalf of the RT Group President and CCO as and when required. 2023 initiatives include:
    • Client Revenue
    • RT QBR
    • Sales Operations
    • Sales Veteran Affairs
  • Planning, reporting, quota setting and management, sales process optimization
  • Responsible for the governance and oversight of company wide field steering and notification to key business leaders of issues
  • Responsible to support consistent operations & policy administration across RT in alignment with RTG Operations and Principles
  • Liaison with Randstad USA operations, representing RT executive leadership, bringing back critical communication, action items, assigning ownership & ensuring completion
  • Establishes high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales organization
  • Ensures planning, forecasting and budgeting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes employed within RT
  • Consistently drive, push and challenge the “status quo” of what is good performance in order to continually set higher boundaries for the organization
  • Partners with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement
  • Facilitates successful implementation of new programs through the RT organization by ensuring well-defined, efficient processes are in place for launch.
  • Fosters an organization of continuous process improvement
  • Ensures reports and other internal intelligence is provided to the RT organization
  • Develops new reporting tools as needed
  • Coordinates with RT leadership and other stakeholders to lead efficient and accurate marketplace reporting initiatives

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; master in business administration or equivalent preferred
  • 10+ years of senior management level experience
  • 8+ years of sales/recruiting or sales/recruiting management experience in a business-to-business environment within IT/Technology Services or Staffing
  • 8+ years in sales operations, sales enablement, business planning, and/or sales support management role

The base salary range for this position is $199,215 - $283,700.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
