JOB SUMMARY:

This position will manage, design, deliver and maintain core training programs in support of SourceRight Solutions to promote the profitability and productivity of Company associates and programs

Provides administrative/analytical support; specific operations/support role; project driven; exhibits some technical skills; provides some leadership and development of others 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guidance given: Assignments are received in objective oriented terms.  Receives guidance based on organizational goals and company policy.  Work is reviewed in terms of meeting the organization’s objective and schedules
  • Policy involvement: Follows operating policies.  Follows organizational policies
  • Accomplishes results through combined effort of team. Follows the structure of organizational units or a centralized functional activity
  • Responsible for all projects assigned to team. Help meet established schedules or resolved technical or operational problems.  Follows centralized functional projects.
  • Keep abreast of company policies, practices, and procedures so that all core training programs can be maintained
  • Interface with departments to proactively anticipate when changes to core training programs need to be made
  • Identify and make recommendations to management regarding training setting, content analysis, and delivery format
  • Source, evaluate and make recommendations to management for off the shelf training programs
  • Develop instructional materials to include the following delivery methods and media: classroom, self-study, on-the-job, print, video, computer based training, and alternative delivery methods such as satellite and distance learning techniques often involving intradepartmental initiatives
  • Development of training content & activities to support learning objectives, review, approve and publish content
  • Erroneous decisions may possibly result in delays and modifications to project/operations; possibly cause expenditure of time; human resources, and funds
  • Occasional contact with higher level inter-organizational associates concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements or contractual clarification. Attends briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives.

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 – 4 years of training experience

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong customer focus and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from complex operational, financial, regulatory and/or business data
  • Experience describing and documenting specific requirements
  • Must be detail oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
