Position Objective
This position will drive the consultative sales of the Tatum solution to Randstad Clients across the US as well as prospect for new business. This person is responsible for managing our external strategic partnerships in the market. They will lead the business in defining the overarching talent roadmap, goals and objectives for named and targeted customers. Position Clients, Tatum and Randstad operating companies for long-term talent optimization and leadership.
The VP Strategic Partnerships will exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance that are directly related to the management and operation of the business, including:

Position Summary

  • Develop overall consultative sales strategy for new business prospects and current clients directed to senior talent buyers such as the C-Suite and/or Sr. leaders. They will have a targeted portfolio of Randstad Clients across US operating companies. Drive breadth and depth of Client relationships through account management principles, and coordinate the necessary resources to execute against the strategy.
  • Create and facilitate dynamic, interactive, and creative discussions about talent-related and client objectives, primarily with C-suite level executives.
  • Work with key executives of portfolio clients, as well as Randstad Opco leadership, to identify opportunities to address talent objectives and differentiate Tatum. Navigate Randstad service options and delivery design so that clients achieve best in market quality and overall results.
  • Writes proposals, creates and presents client presentations, leads RFP response process and follows pricing guidelines
  • Responsible for accurate completion of all required reports and activity tracking to achieve company KPIs on a timely basis
  • Provides regular updates to SVP and President with regards to sales results including, client visits, connects, proposals, and prospect meetings.


  • Bachelor’s degree required

Work Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Business to Business sales, consultative sales and/or solutions in large/complex Strategic Accounts.
  • Previous experience in selling multiple business lines in multiple geographic markets
