Position Title: RT VP, Strategic Accounts

Randstad is the #1 HR Services Provider in the world, and we are hiring internally for a VP of Tech Services to join our winning team. The VP of Tech Services will be responsible for above market growth of the Strategic Vertical Group (SVG) Technology Services portfolio. Will function as the Strategic Accounts Leader for one of the accounts and drive GP growth at an enterprise level across the vertical. They will also serve as SME for all SVG technology services accounts and be responsible for top-down selling within each portfolio account.  

What you get to do:

  • Make each Technology Services account a full “AND” customer
  • Formulate account specific top down selling plans with measurable quarterly goals holding Directors accountable for achieving them
  • Determine our 2023 Account Leadership approach for each portfolio account
  • Actively involved in sales process by providing guidance to the field in identifying, developing, targeting and converting relationships and sales opportunities within the SVG
  • Collaborate with Randstad Technologies Delivery Leadership to ensure recruiting is prioritizing the roles that represent our best opportunities to grow market share (short and long term)

What you need to bring:

  • 7-10 years of staffing industry (IT, Engineering or Accounting and Finance) or B2B Enterprise solutions sales experience 
  • Strong background in driving revenue through strategic conversations with high level leaders (top down selling)
  • Prior experience working with Enterprise technology companies 
  • Proven success in using both analytics and consultative sales approach to drive results 
  • Bachelor's degree is required
