External Description:

As an Onsite Recruiting Coordinator you will work onsite with our RPO client manufacturing partner. The Coordinator serves as a liaison between Human Resources and Plant Hiring Managers onsite, as well as Randstad remote based recruiting teams. The Coordinator is responsible for building partnerships and rapport with onsite teams. This includes expediting interview feedback to candidates, working with recruiting teams for meetings and weekly touchbase meetings, and coordinating onsite hiring events to direct people through interviews and onboarding.

The ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment, where you will manage your daily activity and produce quality results is key. This exciting opportunity allows you to partner with multi-location colleagues to execute recruitment strategies to produce quality hires for our clients.

What you get to do:

  • Partner with a variety of Human Resources, client managers and Randstad recruiting teams to assist in the recruiting of candidates
  • Grassroots community engagement to connect with candidates in the local market through visits to trade schools, community colleges, job fairs, hiring events, and Chamber of Commerce events
  • Provide data as requested by Manager, Talent Delivery and/or Director, Client Delivery that fulfills the reporting requirements of the specific client
  • Reviews company communications, adheres to corporate policies and guidelines, and participates in regularly scheduled company and team meetings
  • Interfaces with and develops strong relationships with client partners
  • Define and participate in special projects as necessary to enhance our service offering to existing and anticipated clients
  • Promotes positive relationships and strong partnerships to protect the candidate experience

What you need to bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • 1 – 3+ years of recruiting or staffing experience
  • Microsoft Office [Excel / PPT / Word / Outlook]
  • Applicant Tracking System proficiency
  • CRM System proficiency
