As a POD Lead, you will work with the team and ensure to deepdive on any issues/questions related to the process by having a regular connect with the team. You will assist the team members to help them understand and improve process knowledge and will be acting as a direct medium to get in touch with them in case there are any issues with respect to understanding of the subject. Maintaining client relationships by communicating with them over an email or call and cascading information whenever required.

  • Getting an overall understanding of the process guidelines
  • Recruiter/Client communication for process operations over a call/chat/email and share insights with the team
  • Need strong understanding what and how SOP works and share any new recommendations
  • Finding any opportunities with any screener in terms of coaching and will share it with the TL
  • Explore opportunities to propose process improvements through timely GAP Analysis

What you need to bring:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 3 years of work experience or 2 years of recruiting/sourcing/search firm experience
  • At least 1 year of experience handling a team
  • Experience managing a high-performing, fast-moving team
  • Strong analytical skills, a data-driven approach to decision making and a systems-thinking style when problem solving
  • Consulting, leadership, management, and mentoring skills
  • Experience with recruiting information/applicant tracking systems
  • Experience in researching complex issues and developing recommended actions
