Position is 100% remote, available immediately, and can be based anywhere in the US!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen potential IT candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent openings in an integrated MSP
  • Performs intake call with Hiring Manager on assigned requisitions- seeks to clarify the position, specific requirements, and the opportunity beyond the job description and serves as a consultative partner who appropriately manages expectations and communicates sourcing plans and recruiting timelines
  • Provide regular communication of recruitment status to key stakeholders
  • Develop and release job postings on a platforms, such as social media and job boards
  • Partner with internal Randstad program teams and clients to build and enhance recruiting strategies
  • Track recruiting and hiring process/metrics so that the processes are transparent and measurable.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience recruiting for either IT, Engineering or both
  • Experience with progressive sourcing techniques including direct sourcing and internet data mining and recruiting techniques such as search engines, Boolean search strings, LinkedIn and other online
  • Success working in a purpose-driven, highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Able to pivot and take challenges in stride
  • Ability to connect and effectively communicate up, down and across.
  • Grounded, empathetic, warm and resilient
  • Operate autonomously and proactively seek out solutions to problems
  • Experience working with VMS systems preferred and/or ability to ramp up quickly with training.
  • High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Shared Services experience a plus
