Randstad US is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager- B2B Paid Media who can bring their digital knowledge and experience in creating and executing successful omnichannel marketing campaigns to our team.  This full-time role will be an integral part of our Growth & Performance marketing team. Working closely with the Senior Director, Digital Marketing to drive the B2B digital marketing strategy for Randstad initiatives in the U.S. This position requires a unique blend of skill sets including B2B marketing strategy, digital media activation, campaign planning, agency experience, and the ability to collaborate across complex organizations and global teams. 

Responsible for owning and managing a variety of digital marketing campaigns, from marketing brief through execution, that will drive growth for clients across all of our lines of business. This includes creating and managing campaigns, making optimizations, creative direction and assisting with overall client strategy. The ideal candidate will be an expert in all things paid search and PPC, driving user engagement with a proven track-record of campaign and budget management. Additionally, the B2B Digital Marketing Manager should excel at taking charge in client meetings when discussing paid media initiatives.


  • 6+ years experience with 4+ years in B2B in digital marketing, campaign development and execution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience with account-based targeting tactics and advanced audience building 
  • Advanced experience with running campaigns in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), DSPs (DV360 – a plus), Campaign Manager 360 (a plus), SA360 (a plus) Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager. Other social channels a plus.
  • Expert in Google Ads including strategy, campaign build/design, implementation, regular optimization/management, keyword research and analysis
  • Google Ads and Analytics Certifications (Required) 
  •  Experience with client communication required
  •  Both B2B and B2C client experience preferred across awareness, consideration, and action campaign objectives
  • Experience in planning, managing, prioritizing and successfully completing multiple complex marketing or advertising projects simultaneously and on budget from idea concept to execution with internal creative team to deployment in marketplace
  • SEO experience is a bonus

  • Proficient with A/B testing of campaign strategies, ads, and landing pages
  • Able to work in a matrix (multi-supervisory) environment; manage one’s time; able to take initial direction, then transition to a more independent work style
  • Ability to apply creative thinking and imagination to campaign development, planning and execution with focus on the target audience
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, remain positive and calm, and supportive
  • Strong marketing project management skills are essential


  • Drive strategy, build, manage, and optimize sizable B2B paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to search, display, video, and social
  • Proactively identify opportunities for optimization, insight and expansion, and see through to implementation
  • Build measurement frameworks for campaigns with clear, concise goals + metrics to optimize results
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for client reporting to inform strategy
  •  Provide internal client deliverables including paid media plans, POVs, competitive analyses, and strategic insight
  • Perform ongoing A/B split testing, keyword mining, etc. to improve campaign performance and identify areas of growth
  • Develop marketing strategies according to company’s long term development goals
  • Collaborate with internal partners to translate line of business needs to campaigns and to develop always-on pipeline campaigns
  •  Assist with new business initiatives through the development of initial strategies, industry research, and overall scope production
  • Oversee weekly trend reporting, pacing and analysis of KPIs from paid search and other campaigns to create clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders
  • Provide media budget estimates/recommendations where applicable
  • Management of digital agency
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends to maintain best practices and educate others 
  • Management and mentorship of junior staff, including marketing coordinator
