Position Title: RLS Director of Recruiting

Objective
Under the guidance of the RRD, assist in the planning, directing and coordinating of the recruiting operations within the day-to-day business. Plan and maintain procedures for operating efficiency. Manage staff for optimum performance.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure Financial Results:
- $3000/wk for Recruiter and $4500/wk for Sr Recruiter in Area
- Works with RRD to determine staffing requirements
- Assigns and prioritizes all job requisitions ensuring proper coverage
- Facilitate daily area team meetings to ensure coverage alignment, order prioritization, and delivery bandwidth
- Involved in the hiring and training of new associates
- Mentor personnel & lead by example
- Point of contact for Knight Rider
- Work with the RRD to set employee goals and objectives
- Creates recruiting plan for the area and stays updated with the latest recruiting trends
- Develop staff to maximize potential
- Work with the RRD to monitor staff performance which include regular performance reviews
- Collaborate with Area Director of Business Development and Large Account Director to ensure alignment on priorities, market changes, and delivery needs based on expected growth
- Job assignment /reassignment to recruiters / oversight of Recruiting Team Leads & Recruiters in regions to ensure proper assignment and monitor bandwidth
- Delegate some work duties as necessary
- Monitor and assist staff with work progress
- Evaluate current business processes
- Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency
- Facilitate the preparation and analysis of reports
Education
- Minimum High School or GED
- College degree required
- Additional education preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience within staffing (preferably in Life Sciences)
- Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
- Knowledge of sales & strategic planning
- Proficient in relevant software applications
Work Experience
- 3 - 5 years of related experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong customer focus and customer service skills
- Experience presenting to C-level executives
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects
- Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements
- Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
- Strong management skills based on several years of experience, including people development and team building
- Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills
