You will have the unique opportunity to establish a new market for Randstad utilizing a plethora of resources provided to you by selling our IT staffing services. We have a team of technical recruiters that will identify, interview, and present the top candidates to you, to present to your clients.

 

Over the past two years, Randstad Technology has seen exponential growth due to significant local opportunities and earning potential. Our Account Managers are responsible for generating new business through direct client contact, cold calling, in-person sales meetings, territory planning, selling our services, developing accounts, and driving sales results. We take the time to build relationships with clients so we can truly understand what they need and how we can help them succeed. We then manage those accounts by being the point of contact for problem resolution, quality checks to penetrate your accounts further! Our people drive our business, working closely with our technical recruiters to connect talented IT professionals with organizations where they can produce results.

  • 2+ years business-to-business sales experience with a history of outperforming your peers
  • Ability to work independently and organized to work on multiple projects
  • Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills
  • Success working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform work with minimal supervision
