As a RPO Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Recruiting Associates in support of US and Canada hiring initiatives both internally and externally. This will involve conducting training, process implementation, documentation and daily support for the team responsible for compliance checks, offer creation, offer consultation with hiring managers and recruiters as well as extension and negotiation of offers.
Basic qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year recruitment support, administration and/or customer service experience
Preferred qualifications include:
- 1 year of Recruiting Associate experience
- Experience creating and conducting training
- Ability to adjust leadership approach to the needs of the individual and situation
- Ability to mentor and influence as a trusted advisor
- Project management experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Applicant tracking system experience
- Solid understanding of MS Office
- Proven ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to take direction and execute a plan
- Detail orientation with follow-through shown in previous jobs
Some job responsibilities include:
- Create and facilitate all training of new Recruiting Associates
- Continued team training and process documentation including implementation of new tools and processes
- Subject matter expert for process and offer related topics
- Participate in RIA and REA team, leadership and audit meetings
- Liaison between Recruiting Associate team, leadership and Microsoft partners
- Lead projects and initiatives
- Back up support of escalations
- Back up support of questions and collaboration requests from GTA and HR partners
- Cross team collaboration
