Position Title: RT Team Lead, Sales

The Market Director will be responsible for all performance activities including, but not limited to, training, mentoring/motivating, business development, candidate recruiting, conflict resolution, customer service and retention, intra-operating company synergies, and P&L responsibilities. They are responsible for managing and developing a team as well as leading by example, particularly in the areas of production and business development.

  • Manage GP, revenue, and P&L
  • Establish operation policies that affect subordinate multi-level organization units

  • Recruit, train, and mentor new associates in all areas of the business
  • Review team member’s performance weekly and establish individual growth plans
  • Orchestrate detailed business plans on an annual basis to achieve revenue objectives
  • Actively participate in professional and civic organizations including public speaking engagements
  • Utilize strategy and leadership expertise to contribute to the success of the business

What you need to bring:

  • Proven track record of quantified sales and service abilities within a similar environment
  • 3-5 years of staffing agency experience is required, preferably in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences or Accounting & Finance 
  • Bachelor’s degree is required 
  • Ability to develop high performing consultants and teams
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Superior consulting, leadership, management, and mentoring skills
