Our team consists of experienced global marketers, employer branding SMEs, digital and recruitment marketing specialists, data analysts, and content marketers with diverse backgrounds and cultures. Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for media & performance planning and tech/reporting set up
  • Run localised media and campaign strategy: leverage and run campaigns with a multichannel approach
  • Turns attraction strategies into operational executed campaigns or projects
  • Plan, manage and monitor recruitment marketing performance campaigns ensuring it is performing
  • Ensuring data and MI is captured and analysed for media performance and future planning in collaboration with MI and the rest of the teams
  • Assist in visualising and presenting data supporting the whole function
  • Responsible for media campaigns on our recruitment marketing platforms
  • Responsible for the planning and optimisation of campaigns including Social Media, SEA and Display
  • Constantly optimise targeting, reach, reporting and efficiency of campaigns looking for optimizations and savings
  • Be ready to present Media performance and ROI to clients, stakeholders and operations teams

 

Typical outcomes, services and products

  • attraction media and performance strategies and proposals informed by data and insights
  • Creation, management and execution of end-to-end plans in collaboration with the media and digital teams
  • Performance and data analysis of recruitment marketing campaigns and activity
  • Work closely with the Talent Marketing Data Team to produce MI, data scorecards and visualisations

 

Key Expertise

  • Media, performance and media advertising knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of targeting and target segmentation
  • Experience in designing and managing end-to-end media and performance marketing projects and managing stakeholders
  • A good understanding of SEA, PPC or Display
  • Strong programme management and campaign optimisation capabilities
  • Understanding of the technical requirements to tracking media
  • Excellent command of English language (written and spoken) and communication skills
  • Ability to create well written and designed proposals and strategies, using the relevant operating systems, e.g Google Suite or Microsoft Office

 

Qualifications

  • 5+ experience in a performance media environment ideally with Recruitment Marketing
  • University (Bachelor's) degree and/or relevant certifications and experiences
