Position Title: RSR Spec II, Bus Operations

External Description:

Objective
The Specialist – Client and Talent Experience is responsible for providing existing talent and client customers with exceptional services. You will identify customer needs, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize the customer experience. You will ensure that touch points across the customer journey is engaging, efficient, and effective. You will effectively represent the RSR as well as the client brand.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performing proactive outreach to talent utilizing multiple communication channels (check-ins, nurturing campaigns)
  • Effectively and efficiently resolving questions from talent and clients via phone, chat and/or email in a timely manner.
  • Managing talent relations issues through coaching/counseling
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with customers and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Collaborating with all stakeholders
  • Performing end of assignment/off boarding conversations
  • Documenting all contact, inquiries and resolutions within appropriate system(s)
  • Staying informed of new industry trends and technology
  • Providing appropriate content for talent newsletters based on common issues identified and/or ‘need to know’ information for external talent population
  • Impacting the company’s bottom line by problem solving right and fast and turning frustrated clients into NPS promoters
  • Meeting established SLA’s

Education

  • Minimum High School or GED
  • Preferred 2 Year / Associate Degree Associates or Bachelor’s degree

Work Experience

  • 1 Experience in payroll operations/HR/staffing/customer service required
  • Familiarity with vendor management systems (VMS) and payroll tools/solutions is a plus

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous at all times
  • Basic Payroll knowledge to include federal, state, county, city regulations pertaining to overtime, sick accruals/pay, civic obligations, paid time off, and taxes is a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proficient with the Google environment including Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Slides
  • Excellent organizational, time management skills, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to apply sound judgment and decision-making skills in dealing with a variety of routine and non-routine issues, often with limited standardization
  • Possess strong problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented with a concern for continuous improvement
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
