Position Title: RLS Client Services Specialist

External Description:

Objective
The RLS Client Services Specialist’s primary role is to build a strong business alliance between Randstad Life Sciences and designated client companies, including vendor managed accounts. This relationship is founded upon the delivery of all key service objectives and the success of RLS as a supplier of Talent Solutions to the programs in which we are members. This position also
services as a key support function to the Account Manager(s), assisting in the growth and expansion of Randstad’s services in any and all of our partner programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • • Account Facilitation and Job Order Management
    • Function as a liaison between Randstad, client organizations, including vendor managed accounts, and external suppliers, ensuring that all key service delivery objectives are met
    • Ensure the discovery of and facilitate the solution to issues and concerns that are identified with program delivery and/or Talent relationships
    • Manage the procurement process, including requisition creation, contractor on-boarding, and contractor off-boarding for assigned accounts.
    • Manage orders internally in applicant tracking system and in external vendor managed systems.
    • Exercise resume screening techniques that manage the highest quality candidates are forwarded to the client for review.
    • Coordinate the candidate interview process on behalf of the hiring managers and/or the managed services program (MSP) contact.
    • Negotiate the billing rates with the client, ensuring that they are aligned with current market rates and the designated job criteria.
    • Coordinate consultant assignment logistics with hiring manager and or MSP contact, including start and end date, location, rate, hours of work, etc.
    • Process consultant merit increases, performance evaluations, and rate reductions.
    • Review Work Orders and revisions to ensure accuracy for invoice processing.
  • Process Alignment and Efficiency Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement operational procedures, resulting in improved service delivery.
    • Coordinate with Operations Team and MSPs for completion of client audits.
    • Coordinate with Strategic and National Account representatives to ensure alignment with Randstad delivery goals and strategy
    • Validate and partner with Corporate and Operations staff to ensure the accurate setup of new RLS partnerships
  • • Account/Budget Performance
    • Implement strategies to capture market share
    • Manage the sale and delivery of products/services to achieve the agreed end result
    • Use performance metrics as a means to gauge, correct, and ensure customer delight
    • Meet and exceed budget, goals, and objectives

Education

  • Minimum High School or GED
  • Preferred 4 Year / Bachelors Degree Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

Work Experience

  • 3 years of Account management, team lead, or project management experience
  • Previous experience within a vendor managed program or staffing organization strongly preferred
