As a Corporate UR Recruiter/ RPO,  you will be a strategic and consultative partner to our client’s Key Stakeholders and Hiring Managers with the responsibility of developing a talent strategy that best suits the client needs and market conditions. The position is ultimately responsible for the fulfillment of early talent and intern requisitions with our client.

What you get to do.....Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will partner and engage with key stakeholders and candidates to manage the recruiting process that aligns with key business needs and functions.

  • Ability to drive the full cycle recruiting process for campus and full-time roles including requisition management and compliance to meet hiring objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, as well as, maintaining relationships with many candidates throughout the recruiting process
  • Provide guidance on process improvement and governance
  • Experience and ability to handle a high-volume requisition load during the peak recruiting season.  
  • Attend virtual career fairs and national diversity events
  • Utilize the applicant tracking system to capture all recruiting and hiring activity

 

Qualifications and Education:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition and a BA or BS degree. Prior full-cycle campus or high-volume recruiting
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferably Workday 

Skills Desired:

  • Strong organization, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Strong customer focus
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and some ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from operational and/or business data
  • Experience with CRM’s preferably Yello
