Project/Program Specialist (Remote Contract Role with Cisco Systems)

The Identify and Attract Standard Interview Practice Team is looking for a Project /Program specialist to play a key role in supporting global initiative work related to candidate selection. Project management is vital to the success of delivering enterprise-wide deadlines and initiatives. You will collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams and to define, plan and deliver on various projects related to Interview Best Practice, Structured Interview process and Manager and Recruiter training and enablement.

 

 As the Project /Program Specialist, You'll focus on

  • Business process analysis and design
  • Collateral Creation including PowerPoint and other delivery methods
  • Time management
  • Organization skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience managing project timelines from start to finish
  • Ability to partner collaboratively and cross functionally

 

Who You Are

  • You have a passion to be involved on key enterprise projects and drive impact
  • You have the ability to think broadly, organize tasks in a complex environment
  • You're adept at building positive relationships
  • You have an attention to detail and the ability to execute against tight deadlines
