Position Title: REDI Compliance Manager

External Description:

The Compliance Manager's mission is to ensure that compliance laws applicable to the recruitment process are upheld. Specifically, the recruitment, hiring, and selection processes and practices should be designed and executed in a way that mitigates the risk of compliance violations or potential adverse impact for certain groups.

You will partner closely with recruiters and leaders to train them to identify areas of risk, share the business case, ensure tight controls are in place, and make value-add recommendations to course-correct as needed. In addition, you will consistently look and consider new and innovative ways to optimize the level of support process to achieve success.

What you get to do:

  • Identify operational and compliance risks through audits, assessments, and consultative conversations
  • Enhance the effectiveness of current controls and processes for compliance and diversity success 
  • Conduct core requisition audits to identify issues that reflect OFCCP and EEOC regulatory risk
  • Create audit reports to document the scope, procedures findings, drawing conclusions, and making practical recommendations to remedy any issues
  • Assess new processes or changes to existing processes to identify operational risks prior to implementation
  • Develop and implement a holistic approach to EEOC/OFCCP compliance, moving beyond short-term programs and initiatives toward systemic integration of EEOC and OFCCP compliance
  • Communicate with and educate stakeholders and process owners on the importance of compliance
  • Craft compliance initiatives and be accountable for localizing and tracking the progress of initiatives on shared site
  • Be a trusted advisor to the leadership team on compliance matters and be a role model of values and ethical decision-making principles

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or the equivalent (4 years) of additional experience
  • Experience managing and supporting compliance in one or more of the following industries: Staffing, Human Capital Solutions, Talent Management, Talent Engagement, Talent Acquisition, RPO
  • At least 8 years of experience supporting OFCCP and EEOC compliance required and 2 years in a management position preferred
  • Proven experience of operating and influencing at a leadership team level
  • Knowledge of global talent acquisition best practices and international compliance guidelines strongly preferred
