Job duties:

  • Prepare the Daily Focus Meeting Coverage Needed Report
  • Pull the previous Days SAR (Sales Activity Report)
  • Monitor email, customer chats, and Portals for new Jobs and other action items
  • Screen Jobs for Risk, Duration, GP$ and in our wheelhouse
  • Assign Jobs to Night Riders based on Bandwidth, Client and Skill Sets
  • Write up jobs in the CRM as needed for Night Riders
  • Keep the Google Drive for Candidate’s status up to date
  • Perform Interview Prep for Night Riders
  • Extend offers to candidates for the Night Riders
  • Assist with Onboarding paperwork for the Night Riders
  • Close out Jobs that are no longer viable or closed
  • Call all talent monthly to check in on how doing, any problems and update projected Off Dates
  • Handle any payroll / Time card /Benefits/Compliance/Submission Errors and other issues, by properly routing to the right person and then following up to be sure handled in the time frame committed to
  • Run the Daily Focus Meeting in the absence of the Client Manager
  • Participate in weekly MSP calls and then disseminate information to the right persons
  • Informing candidates of their termination for clients, giving candidates feedback from clients on their performance
  • Coordinating job coverage with other opcos
