Position Title: RSPS Sr. Account Specialist

JOB SUMMARY:
The RSPS Sr. Account Manager implements strategies to ensure client goals are defined, communicated and achieved for the duration of each contract. The position ensures the successful delivery of all processes and contractual obligations within an assigned group of accounts for the RSPS group. Must have the ability to make sound decisions with a planned approach to increase market share and provide exceptional customer service. This manager oversees the management of payroll solutions client accounts that may or may not be part of a managed services provider (MSP) structure, or master vendor of payroll services with technology program.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage diverse account portfolio with multiple clients.
  • Develops & delivers client specific process training in person and via WebEx for both internal teams & client stakeholders.
  • Assists account leadership as needed to prepare QBRs. Occasional travel to present at client sites.
  • Consults RSR service delivery groups in the best practices, development, and delivery of RSR Concierge services within RSPS client programs.
  • Assist in booking travel accommodations for client on an as needed basis.
  • Maintain and distribute client specific reporting
  • Communicate with customers regarding service level agreements & service delivery issues.
  • Implement strategies to meet/exceed contractual service level metrics.
  • Maintain relationships with customers to drive continuous improvement processes & client satisfaction.
  • A point of escalation for client and talent concerns/issues, including billing concerns.
  • Identify and resolve quality issues & provide possible solutions.
  • Audit Gross Margin % for each customer
  • Review pay/bill and make appropriate changes for compliance
  • Maintain relationships with all departments to ensure reliability & accuracy of processes to achieve revenue & GM objectives.
  • Guidance Given: Assignments are received in objective-oriented terms.
  • Policy Involvement: Follows operating policies and communicates changes to appropriate internal organizations
  • Develops and presents training material for internal staff, external staff and clients
  • May or may not have direct supervisory responsibility
  • Builds & maintains strong cross-functional working relationships with all Randstad groups to support client delivery.
  • Maintain Client Blueprint, monitor, measure and report to management branch and on-site compliance to client requirements
  • Proactively review all aspects of the client’s contractual agreement
  • Communicate changes that may affect both organizations and ensure that interested parties are informed
  • Works with multiple internal divisions for data feeds, payroll, billing, OpCo share, and LTT benefits
  • Creates & implements audit process to ensure compliance as needed.
  • Leverages available supporting workforce management technology platforms to streamline client program processes in delivering continuous improvement and increased value.
  • Manages workload to support all assigned accounts.
  • Proactively review operation and facilitate changes up front catching issues that would normally result in critical delays causing substantial expenditure of time and jeopardize future business activity
  • Recommends & incorporates best practices within portfolio of accounts.
  • Frequent contact with internal managers and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements or contractual clarification
  • Interfaces with internal OpCo’s to support proper execution & product delivery based upon internal & client-specific requirements.

EDUCATION:

  • College degree preferred

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of customer service/client delivery experience

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Expert Level Knowledge with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong customer focus & customer service skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements
  • Must be detailed-oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
  • Demonstrates critical thinking, analytical & problem solving abilities
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and some ability to analyze, explain, and draw logical conclusions from operational, financial, regulatory and/or business data
  • Basic understanding of payroll principles
  • Ability to interact & communicate with all levels of staff & management
  • Ability to work as a team or with minimal supervision
  • Possesses strong problem solving skills
  • Results-oriented
