Position Title: RCS National Sales Executive

External Description:

As a Sales Executive you are responsible for growing new business on a national level. You will plan and direct activities enterprise wide which includes pursuit strategy, coordination of corporate resources and field leadership, formal presentations and contract negotiations. Our sales team is comprised of subject matter experts that are project driven and exhibit strong technical skills. The successful candidate builds effective relationships, C-level presentations, research, strategy, has an ability to work collaboratively, with strong industry sales experience and is deadline oriented. Travel required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Personal GP quota responsibility
  • Accomplishes results through combined effort of team. Follows the structure of organizational units or a centralized functional activity
  • Lead by example, particularly in the area of formal presentation and negotiation
  • Create and communicate competitive strategy through deep understanding of prospect’s enterprise, business issues, markets, competitors and
  • Frequent contacts with equivalent level inter-organizational managers and customer representatives concerning projects, operational decisions, scheduling requirements or contractual clarification. Conducts briefings and technical meetings for internal and external representatives

Position Requirements:

Basic qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 5 years of related sales experience
  • 2 years of management experience or enterprise account management

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment
  • Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute a plan
  • Sales abilities along with market knowledge and/or product/technical expertise
  • Clear understanding of measurement of results and sales performance
  • Strong business acumen and strong financial management
  • Outstanding presentation, persuasion and negotiation skills
