External Description:

As a Recruiting Coordinator - Operations Analyst you are responsible for providing support and assessment to the processes involved in onboarding/off boarding employees, system of record processing, communications, and other ad hoc projects. Along with the Manager, Operations the Operations Analyst will drive ideas to impact company-wide performance, as well as driving process improvement, training, light reporting and other initiatives.


Responsibilities include:

  • Provide assessment and support for onboarding/offboarding processes including background checks, I9 processing, etc.
  • Provide assessment and support for system of record processing
  • Provide assessment and support to communications between employees and the business
  • Provide training for process improvement on as needed basis
  • Collaborate on special projects

Position Requirements:

Basic qualifications include:

  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Expert experience in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Google products
  • High School diploma or GED, Bachelor degree preferred

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills - ability to present information to large groups
  • Solid understanding of MS Office and Google Drive products
  • Strong time management skills and ability to accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment as well as work independently and self-directed
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to take direction and execute a plan
  • Track record of proven results
