Randstad is the #1 HR Services Provider in the world, and we are hiring a Executive Recruiting Coordinator to add to our growing Atlanta, GA based team. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Schedule high volume of interviews and book travel for candidates in a timely manner
  • Provide candidate tours and guide hiring managers and interviewers to ensure onsite interviews are executed flawlessly
  • Provide candidate onboarding and orientation assistance as needed
  • Partner with your recruiting team and hiring managers at every step of the recruiting process
  • Attend external recruiting events and help host internal recruiting events
  • Research latest recruiting trends and implement process improvements, as necessary
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail, leaving hiring managers and candidates feeling thoughtfully cared for throughout our process

Requirements and qualifications include:

  • 1-2 years of recruiting, HR, or similar high volume administrative position required
  • Must be based in the Charlotte metro area, combination of working from home & in Atlanta, GA office - Midtown area 
  • Experience updating applicant tracking systems, Cornerstone preferred
  • Ability to communicate in a professional and concise manner; top-notch tact in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong track record of operational excellence when multitasking in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Adaptive to unique, in-the-moment challenges in a calm and logical manner
  • BA/BS degree preferred
