The Director, Executive Search position includes lead generation, new business development, sourcing, pipelining, marketing, and managing the direct hire process.

  • Ability to communicate and present at the executive level
  • Sound judgment gained through superior relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • History of leading technology and process adoption
  • A relentless pursuit of a perfect operational execution
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
