Tatum is hiring for a Director, Executive Search. This role has full desk responsibilities while generating new business and growth through client development, sales, and direct hire placements. The Director, Executive Search position includes lead generation, new business development, sourcing, pipelining, marketing, and managing the direct hire process.

  • Ability to communicate and present at the executive level
  • Sound judgment gained through superior relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • History of leading technology and process adoption
  • A relentless pursuit of a perfect operational execution
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
