RCS offers our clients a highly customizable, partnership-driven solution providing a single point of access to a variety of workforce solutions through an on-site model powered by robust technology. 

The RCS Account Manager is an extension of the clients HR function. This pivotal role assumes all responsibility for the full procurement lifecycle; recruitment, selection, on-boarding, engagement and performance management.

The Account Manager is responsible for continuously building and maintaining strategic partnerships with clients by understanding their business, strategic direction, processes, and policies with the goal of growing and developing RCS accounts. This pivotal role is responsible for expanding Randstad’s influence within the client’s accounts.

  • Build and maintain a strategic partnership with the client by understanding the client’s business, strategic direction, processes, and policies to identify employment needs and provide creative and innovative workforce solutions
  • Produce the best client and talent match by delivering against a consistent and effective recruiting plan ensuring the correct quantity and quality of talent is maintained in a pipeline aligned with the client’s needs
  • Screen and select candidates according to client specific job profiles and workforce forecasts
  • Meet with key department contacts and end users on a daily/weekly basis to assess business needs, requirements, performance, overall satisfaction with the RCS service levels, and opportunities for growth
  • Execute against growth goals by leveraging relationships and positioning RCS as a multi-dimensional solution with resources to meet a multitude of staffing needs and high-level skill sets
  • Ensure compliance and coordinate efforts pertaining to unemployment hearings, applicant screenings (background, assessments, drug testing), safety, payroll, I9s, worker’s compensation, and client specific requirements as needed
  • Perform within Randstad’s operational standards of excellence while using RCS specific tools for recruitment, selection, retention of talent and client development activities
  • Strategic - Build and maintain a strategic partnership with the client by understanding the client’s business, strategic direction, processes, and policies to identify employment needs and provide creative and innovative workforce solutions
  • Direct Work Involvement - Develop a working knowledge of the client’s business, provide customer expertise for others in the organization, and build client relationship as needed to develop sales – proactively developing and managing existing relationships with a diverse client mix

What you need to bring:

  • Make formal sales presentations and follow-up calls to build new business opportunities within targeted accounts
  • Negotiation of existing staffing agreements, contracts and/or addendums at existing accounts
  • Market candidates that are looking for positions in your existing accounts
  • Act as the subject matter expert in client VMS tools, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Provide recruiting team with prioritization of new and existing business within assigned client segment considering all job order qualification details and likelihood of filling
  • Provide expertise in client specific ROE’s, Compliance, and onboarding requirements
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all services offered by organization and awareness of the competition regarding market share, pricing, services offered, etc.
  • Effectively qualify candidate submittals prior to being sent to client
  • Evaluate talent and assessing client demands to make the match between the client’s staffing needs and the candidate’s skills and experience with speed and quality top of mind
  • Evaluate candidates via phone interviews, online assessments, and professional references, coordinating interviews, assisting talent with resumes and coaching for successful interviews
  • Create and execute a strategic recruitment plan via sourcing, interviewing, coaching, retaining, and developing candidates exceeding client expectations
  • Utilize VMS systems to effectively manage candidate submittals, interviews and offers
  • Maintain database with updated documentation regarding candidate activity in ATS
  • Effectively communicate with manager and talent care coordinator to successfully place, on-board, and maintain talent
  • Manage talent working to limit unplanned attrition and assist in successful redeployment
  • Financial Performance Accountability
  • Monitor and control costs in assigned accounts and possess a strong understanding of KPI/SLA schedules and pricing as well as contractual terms so risk can be determined and executed against
  • Strive to maximize opportunities and revenue available within assigned client account
  • Business experience with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in either highly preferred staffing or in the client’s industry of specialization
