This is a senior-level business development position responsible for identifying and generating new business through direct client contact, cold calling, territory planning, and buyer/executive relationship building. This strategic sales role will be focused on finding new opportunities in targeted accounts.  As the tip of the sword, you will be accountable for focusing on and generating business across a focused portfolio of new accounts on behalf of Randstad Technologies and Celerity, Randstad’s specialized management consulting division.  Utilizing management consulting as a pillar to drive the right conversations around Human Capital Management.  This position will deal most frequently with key influencers/buyers and management within the client’s organization.  You will be a key member of the the national Sales Center of Excellence and will drive expansion and growth for the Technologies Group.

  • Execute flawlessly through comprehensive and effective selling at the executive level
  • Responsible for developing and owning the key influencer customer relationships

What you need to bring:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years of senior sales experience, national or strategic accounts preferred
  • Strong solutions-oriented business development skills with a customer service focus
  • Demonstrated experience selling into large, complex accounts
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills at the executive level
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
