External Description:

The Director, Sourcing Strategy is an expert in the field of Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Strategy, having contributed to talent acquisition strategies and programs across a global company with measurable results of success, while driving a well-integrated recruiting function known for process excellence, creativity, measurable ROI and commercial capabilities.   This is a remote role with travel to San Francisco as needed.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Build, execute and lead a Talent Acquisition Sourcing team that supports proactive talent identification and core sourcing deliverables including but not limited to: talent pipelining, active recruiting; market intelligence; diversity and executive talent acquisition sourcing; campaign/recruitment marketing and sourcing analytics.
  • Design and execute the Talent Acquisition Sourcing strategy and structure, including the recommendation for most appropriate systems, processes and tools that enable RSR to identify, attract and engage critical talent.
  • Build the Sourcing model based on the unique needs of each talent segment to ensure a targeted sourcing model which is scalable to meet talent segmentation demand and geographical variations.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to evaluate and analyze data to identify trends and patterns that will inform your recommended solutions and strategies
  • Implement, track and present appropriate reporting metrics and SLA’s that provide key customers and stakeholders the information they need to assess performance and demonstrate value/success.
  • Partner with RSR global team to ensure RSR Sourcing team is aligned to our global vision and is in a position to share best practice and work together where appropriate to support customers.
  • Manage and develop Talent Acquisition Sourcing professionals providing them coaching, mentoring and guidance that will enable their growth as Sourcers and a career path within sourcing, recruiting or external to Talent Acquisition.
  • Identify innovative and unique sourcing channels to ensure RSR is leading talent identification and engagement
  • Champion technology tool adoption and utilization across Talent Acquisition Sourcing and recruiting teams to ensure the technology stack is used for all engagements
  • Implement CRM tactics to engage and maintain diverse talent communities.
  • Implement and monitor key performance metrics to ensure the Sourcing team and individuals achieve required SLAs.
  • Seek continuous improvement opportunities to ensure the Sourcing function delivers to the customer, adds value and delivers with speed.
  • Act as Sourcing Ambassador on a global scale to ensure the promotion of Sourcing achievements and continued development of the sourcing function.

 

EXPERIENCE:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in delivering technical Talent Acquisition or Sourcing services within a global technology-centric company.
  • 2+ years’ experience managing technical recruiting or sourcing teams in a corporate, RPO or agency environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
