Position Title: Compensation Analyst

External Description:

We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our Strategy and Design team! This position will support the Compensation goals for all of Randstad US. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • developing, researching, analyzing and helping to create compensation programs that provide competitive rewards while protecting the company’s financial exposure
  • regularly conducting audits to evaluate positions and the application of existing classifications of individuals
  • participating in compensation surveys
  • engaging with leaders in compensation concerns and best practices
  • supporting the field in all compensation related questions and concerns
  • monitoring the effectiveness of processes and recommend modifications
  • ensuring job description library is up to date
  • understanding intricacies of incentive plan design and managing complicated compensation inquiries from employees and managers

Requirements:

  • minimum: high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • preferred: Bachelor’s degree
  • preferred: 1-3 years of market pricing, survey submission and/or incentive compensation planning experience
  • strong Microsoft excel skills for gathering and analyzing large sets of data
  • PeopleSoft experience preferred
  • must have a high sense of urgency with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • flexible "can-do" attitude
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • excellent service orientation and professional demeanor and ability to communicate at all levels of our client organization
  • ability and willingness to take on operational tasks
  • proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
