Position Title: Compensation Analyst
External Description:
We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our Strategy and Design team! This position will support the Compensation goals for all of Randstad US. In this role you will be responsible for:
- developing, researching, analyzing and helping to create compensation programs that provide competitive rewards while protecting the company’s financial exposure
- regularly conducting audits to evaluate positions and the application of existing classifications of individuals
- participating in compensation surveys
- engaging with leaders in compensation concerns and best practices
- supporting the field in all compensation related questions and concerns
- monitoring the effectiveness of processes and recommend modifications
- ensuring job description library is up to date
- understanding intricacies of incentive plan design and managing complicated compensation inquiries from employees and managers
Requirements:
- minimum: high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- preferred: Bachelor’s degree
- preferred: 1-3 years of market pricing, survey submission and/or incentive compensation planning experience
- strong Microsoft excel skills for gathering and analyzing large sets of data
- PeopleSoft experience preferred
- must have a high sense of urgency with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- flexible "can-do" attitude
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- excellent service orientation and professional demeanor and ability to communicate at all levels of our client organization
- ability and willingness to take on operational tasks
- proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
