What you get to do:
- Establish and execute a business development plan
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and create business partnerships
- Identify prospects that will be in a stronger position when they are doing business with Randstad
- Identify the necessary information to establish the business requirements, define the pricing, forecast budgets, and determine the profitability of each contract
- Execute the activities that will gain results (this means daily, weekly and monthly accountabilities for dials, visits and revenue growth")
- Meet clients and diagnose the human capital gaps that are limiting their potential
- Use a combination of tech and touch approaches that require exceptional documentation
- Negotiate pricing to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
- Offer innovative and creative employment solutions
- Provide services that consistently delight our clients and talent
- Travel as required to support account management teams when strategic sales opportunities become available
What you need to bring:
- Serious ambition and an unlimited growth mindset
- 2+ years of experience and Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of staffing/industry experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience, required
- Proven success in a very fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to fully leverage sales processes, market knowledge and product knowledge to more productively deliver results
- Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills
- Ability to make decisions, take direction, and execute a plan
- Detail-oriented with follow-through shown in previous jobs
- Able to communicate with and present at the executive level
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
- Ability to successfully interface with clients (internal and external)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to qualify and close deals
