Position Title: OTS ENG Client Experience VP

External Description:

Objective
Randstad Engineering delivers engineering talent and professional services to power our clients business- and we deliver that expertise when and how they need it. The Director, Client Experience will ensure our clients are capitalizing on our full service capabilities: including contract, direct hire, and project based outsourcing.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving sales and account expansion for accounts within the assigned portfolio
  • Execute a sales strategy through aggressive selling at all levels with a focus on creating new executive level relationships within assigned accounts
  • Improves overall “AND” business development (i.e. selling staffing, perm and solutions) in assigned accounts
  • Develops and drives the account strategy from a sales perspective and gains sponsorship from sales leadership team and assigned account managers
  • Partners with delivery organization to ensure all client KPIs are met and scorecard categories are known
  • Assist with hiring, training, mentoring Account Managers
  • Develop and implement (with marketing team support) effective marketing/sales campaigns
  • Respond to client bids and proposals and assist with negotiating business terms

Education

  • Minimum High School or GED
  • Preferred 4 Year / Bachelors Degree

Work Experience

  • Minimum 10 Years of Related sales experience with human resources solutions or consulting organizations

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to consult with clients, identify needs, and drive value creation
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting to customers at all levels
  • Strong negotiation skills including high-value deals managed through larger programs or solutions
  • Knowledge of internal Randstad business practices, key stakeholders, and exposure to various Randstad solutions
  • Excellent cross-group collaboration skills; ability to partner with other lines of business on overall account growth
