Duties and Responsibilities
Description % of Time Spent
- Sells into the hiring manager, “Key Buying Influencer” and C-suites. The BDD is expected to execute flawlessly through comprehensive and effective selling at the Manager, Director and VP and above level 10%
- Responsible for developing and owning the KI customer relationships and leveraging these for purposes of driving market share growth across all service lines 15%
- Will effectively target and drive initiatives 10%
- Develops and helps drive the account strategy from a sales perspective and gains sponsorship to line managers from senior level executives and other “Key Influencers” 15%
- The BDD will be held accountable for driving “AND” business development 10%
- Will help identify and develop a robust pipeline of solutions-oriented opps 10%
- Responsible for securing Perm & SOW/Solutions opportunities 10%
- Must meet weekly business development KPIs (new contacts, relationship development, meetings, etc.) 10%
Education
- Minimum 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree
- 5 7 Senior sales experience.
- A strong track record driving business development across a large enterprise account in a regional capacity is a plus.
- Strong solutions-oriented business development skills with a customer service focus
- Experience presenting to large buyers of services and senior level executives
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated experience selling into large, complex accounts
- Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements
