Position Title: Architect, Bus Intelligence
External Description:
The mission of the business intelligence team is to provide visibility, transparency and guidance regarding quantity and quality of results, activities, financial KPIs and leading indicators to easily identify trends aimed at data-based decision-making.
Position Summary
- Ability to design and implement business intelligence process for internal and external clients
- Technical expertise to be able to utilize technologies in reporting workstream
- Ability to trouble shoot and resolve issues in data analysis
- Consult with internal and external clients on business intelligence activities
- Determine best practices in implementing reporting for new clients
- Consult on a variety of reporting request from various team
- Ability to resolve escalated reporting requests
- Manage and implement reporting workstream for new clients
- Design business intelligence dashboards to measure account performance
- Ensure validity of reporting
- Design reporting for a variety of teams
Education
Bachelor’s degree highly preferred, Master’s degree a plus
Experience
5-7 years business experience
Project Management and/or process improvement experience highly preferred
Business Intelligence/Analytics/ highly preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills required for various levels throughout the organization
- Excellent presentation skills used in delivering solutions to executive level clients
- Demonstrated continuous improvement, process documentation, and workflow skills
- Excellent working knowledge of MS - Excel and Power Point with knowledge of macros, pivot tables and development of Excel-based financial models
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining quality
- Ability to synthesize and analyze information and ideas
- Strong drive and commitment for delivering outstanding results
