Randstad, the largest staffing firm in the world, is hiring an experienced Program Manager to support our Randstad Corporate Services (RCS) division. RCS offers our clients a highly customizable, partnership-driven solution providing a single point of access to a variety of workforce solutions through an on-site model powered by robust technology. 

Our Program Managers lead the account teams that act as an extension of our client’s HR function. This role provides day-to-day leadership and management to ensure the client receives the highest level of quality service in a timely and cost-effective manner. The Program Manager will oversee all operations, executing goals, and identify opportunities for new revenue streams to sustain and grow business.

  • Lead and develop account teams optimizing service delivery to clients
  • Produce measurable and cost-effective results aligning with the client’s business drivers
  • Build, maintain, and grow the strategic partnership with the client and/or suppliers

  • Be responsible for full P&L, control costs, and continuously resolve operational challenges 
  • Ensure that the recruiting team’s talent pipeline aligns with the client’s needs 
  • Maximize RCS specific tools for recruitment, selection, and retention of talent 
  • Effectively deliver Randstad’s operational standards with excellence

What you need to bring:

  • 5+ years of business experience with a minimum of 1 year in staffing or in the client’s industry
  • Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines 
  • Ability To present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups
  • Demonstrated ability to identify client’s needs and to deliver or adjust expectations
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
