Position Title: Strategic Account Director

Randstad is the #1 HR Services Provider in the world, and we are hiring internally for a Strategic Account Director to join our winning team. This is a senior-level business development position responsible for identifying and generating new business through direct client contact, cold calling, territory planning, and buyer/executive relationship building. These job functions will be delivered to an existing base of large, national clients that utilize high volumes of contingent labor. Business lines represented by Strategic Accounts include Commercial Staffing (light industrial and administrative), professional services, and managed services.  This position will deal most frequently with key influencers, buyers, and management within the client’s organization.

What you get to do:

  • Execute flawlessly through comprehensive and effective selling at the executive level
  • Responsible for developing and owning the key influencer customer relationships
  • Monitor total service to the accounts, recommend improvement actions, and execute follow-up
  • Drive market share growth across all service lines
  • Effectively target and drive initiatives
  • Develop and help drive the account strategy from a sales perspective
  • Identify and develop a robust pipeline of solutions-oriented opportunities
  • Responsible for securing Perm & SOW/Solutions opportunities
  • Meet weekly business development KPIs

What you need to bring:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-7 years of senior sales experience, national or strategic accounts preferred
  • Strong solutions-oriented business development skills with a customer service focus
  • Demonstrated experience selling into large, complex accounts
  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills at the executive level
  • Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
  • Experience within the staffing industry is strongly preferred
