The Diversity Internship Program Manager will support the execution of Randstad’s D&I strategy. The successful candidate will design diversity recruitment strategies, partner with HBCU’s, execute and continuously improve upon the internship program. In addition, the role is responsible for the planning and execution of the summer internship programming efforts both locally and nationally. You must thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, meet tight timelines, and be extremely organized and responsive. You must also build strong relationships, demonstrate a sense of urgency, and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external constituents.
Position Overview:
- Develop comprehensive diversity recruiting strategies
- Serve as subject matter expert on diversity recruiting best practices and work closely with field leadership and internal talent acquisition to attract, hire, and retain entry level diverse talent
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders and influencing decision-making, including business leaders, business volunteers, resource managers, HR business partners and other members of the human capital community Program Management
- Participate in the end-to-end recruiting process with the business, including workforce planning, sourcing strategy, candidate selection and onboarding Establish a trusted advisor relationship with business stakeholders and provide regular updates and data-driven progress reports
- Develop relationships and processes to continuously improve attraction and selection from diverse schools, universities, grass roots, and community based organizations
- Execute a strong internship program that provides a meaningful experience to students and allows the business to make informed hiring decisions for full-time offers within sales, delivery, and business enablement groups upon successful completion of program
- Launch (2) 13 week internship programs annually
- Ensure training of field leaders in intern assigned markets
- Provide overall program management and oversight, quality assurance, and guidance to interns and field leaders from program launch to completion
- Track and measure key metrics and criteria for selected universities (i.e., spend, yield, participation) that help inform the overall campus recruiting strategy and benchmark emerging best practices
- Plan and participate in on campus events along with the business and campus committees
- Lead and/or serve as team member on workstream projects that advance the overall campus recruiting strategy
Required Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years of equivalent HR/Diversity Recruitment experience or program management experience
- Demonstrated history of developing highly successful innovative approaches to university recruiting in a competitive environment
- Proven ability to build and cultivate relationships with the university community, including faculty, career services, other key student organizations/affinity networks
- Experience working within a project team to manage multiple tasks, make informed decisions, and influence all levels of the organization

- Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
