Position Title: Content Marketing Sr. Manager

External Description:

The Sr. Manager, Content Marketing helps to lead Randstad’s Inbound & Outbound content marketing efforts within the U.S., including its LOBs. In this role, the successful candidate will lead the ideation and tactical execution of content development specific to our talent and customer acquisition efforts while overseeing Randstad’s daily publishing operations for all work done for both the talent and client facing content. The successful candidate will use their superior knowledge of Randstad’s solutions and services combined with the innovativeness of a writer and the practical focus of an operations manager to ensure all content adheres to our brand voice, guidelines, tone and quality standards. The Sr. Manager also drives the writing processes for our internal teams while managing the relationship with our preferred writing agencies. The Sr. Manager also works in tandem with the VP of Digital Marketing to help execute the company’s overall content strategy which includes the creation, delivery, and execution of content for each level of the funnel and stage of the buyer’s journey.


Education

  • Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree

Work Experience

  • 5-7 Years Using on and offline content to support strategic organizational objectives

  • Proven ability to create a content strategy that drives business results
  • Strong understanding of best practices for using content as a customer acquisition channel.
  • Ability to think with a digital-first mindset
  • Ability to work both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability and resilience required: able to adjust to changes/priorities and remain productive under pressure
  • Data-driven decision making

  • Highly analytical and experienced in developing content that performs
  • Experience with automation tools is a plus
  • Exceptional writing/editing/communication skills, with deep knowledge of AP Style
  • Comfortable in a small team environment

  • Ability to create internal buy-in for content marketing programs, sell ideas and create cross-functional alignment
