Exposure to full desk production would also be a big plus, though we would consider candidates who at least have produced in both sales and recruiting environments. Additionally, the candidate must have extensive experience leading a team of producers, with an eagerness and drive to build their own book of business through personal production. Experience in the IT or Technology staffing field would also be highly desired.
We are looking for a tenured and dynamic Practice Director to manage our successful permanent placement team in our Frisco office. Randstad has now become the largest HR Services provider on the planet, and our Permanent Placement Organization is thriving, exhibiting exponential year on year growth in perm revenue. This opportunity will give you the chance to lead a successful team of full desk producers, as well as generate uncapped revenue through personal production in the permanent placement technology market.

- College degree required
- Additional education strongly preferred
- 4-8 years of related staffing industry experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong customer focus and customer service skills
- Experience presenting to C-level executives
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects
- Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements
- Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
- Strong management skills based on several years of experience, including people development and team building
- Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills
