Randstad RiseSmart is hiring a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to lead our global demand generations efforts. If you are creative, metrics-oriented and geek out on funnel conversion rates, we would love to speak with you!

The Senior Manager, Demand Generation will report to the VP, Marketing. While this role ideally resides at our San Jose, CA headquarters, we are open to offering remote work for the right candidate

What You Will Do

As the Senior Manager of Demand Generation, you will create a strategy that accelerates new business growth by defining, designing and implementing enterprise-grade B2B marketing campaigns targeted at prospective and current customers. You will focus on driving demand and work closely with Sales Enablement, Field Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

  • Define goals and demand generation strategies to build awareness and drive growing inflow of leads
  • Leverage a combination of inbound and outbound vehicles to develop a multi-channel campaign portfolio
  • Manager vendors and programs that generate qualified opportunities to accelerate the pipeline
  • Own the analysis, optimization and reporting of funnel performance from leads to bookings
  • Collaborate with our global business partners to extend demand generation campaigns internationally
  • Expand our tracking dashboard and measure performance against industry benchmarks
  • Identify areas for improvement to increase responsiveness and reduce leakage/friction in the funnel
  • Execute A/B testing and campaign/email nurture optimization
  • Manage demand generation budget and measure performance/ROI
  • Interlock event marketing and social media teams to integrate campaign strategies
  • Develop playbooks and processes to drive best practices throughout the organization

Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
  • Minimum 8 years demand generation experience
  • Possess Human Capital Management (HCM), career transition, talent mobility or related experience
  • Deep knowledge of the latest tools and innovations in the digital marketing realm
  • Meaningful experience in B2B marketing and knowledge of the most effective methods
  • Demonstrable success in collaborating closely with Sales teams and the ability to interact/influence at all levels
  • Metrics-driven, analytical genius with Excel/pivot table and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with intellectual curiosity, sense of urgency, and competitive spirit
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Google Analytics; Tableau and Marketo is a plus
  • Excellent writing, verbal, presentation, and influencing skills
