Recruiting Coordinator/Jr Sourcer

In this role you would take ownership of the initial steps of the interview and hiring process, to include coordinating and scheduling in-person or virtual candidate interviews – managing a large volume of communication (email, voicemail and telephone calls) to make that happen as well as manage the onboarding experience for new hires. This role will also have sourcer responsibilities and will partner with our seasoned expert staffing and recruiting teams to develop quality talent as well as create and deliver an effective search program to fill complex and critical positions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews and book travel for candidates in a timely manner
  • Escort candidates to interview rooms to ensure onsite interviews are executed flawlessly and order in food as needed, etc.
  • Partner with your recruiting team and hiring managers at every step of the recruiting process
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail, leaving hiring managers and candidates feeling thoughtfully cared for throughout our process
  • Present qualified, diverse candidate pool along with assessments and make recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers
  • Source active and passive candidates leveraging available tools including candidate database (VE), internet based tools (including social media channels), diversity channels, events and employee referral program to maximize ROI for staffing investments.


Qualifications:

  • 2 to 5 years of sourcing and high volume administrative experience preferred
  • Must be based in our local Ann Arbor, MI office, unable to work remotely
  • Experience updating applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to communicate in a professional and concise manner; top-notch tact in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Complex proprietary search engines, databases and search methodologies.
  • Advanced Boolean Algorithm and strings development.
  • Automated / Web 2. 0 programming is a plus / Social Media / networking expertise.
  • Solid PowerPoint and Presentation skills / Strong Knowledge of Excel and MS office suite.
  • BA/BS degree preferred
