Position Title: RCS Program Manager

External Description:

The Program Manager leads the account teams that act as on-site extensions of the clients HR function. This role provides day-to-day leadership and management to ensure the client receives the highest level of quality service in a timely and cost-effective manner though the management of full P&L, client relationships and Alliance Supplier relationship management, account management, team management and people development.
 
The Program Manager will oversee all operations and is responsible executing against goals and identifying opportunities for new revenue streams to sustain and grow RCS business.

  • Lead and develop account teams optimizing service delivery to clients and producing measurable and cost-effective results aligning with the client’s business drivers, strategic direction, and processes 20%
  • Build, maintain and grow strategic partnership with the clients and/or Alliance Suppliers through a comprehensive understanding of the client’s business and ensure adherence to contractual obligations to optimize account performance 20%
  • Identify opportunities for new revenue streams by offering innovative employment solutions, working with both clients and talent to identify employment needs and priorities and provide appropriate workforce solutions 20%
  • Work with senior management to ensure the profitability of the business, adherence to the contract and SLA’s, and seek out opportunities for improvement by effectively allocating resources to yield the best ROI 10%
  • Develop requirements for reports, forecasts, analyses, and other marketing related activities 5%
  • Be responsible for full P&L, monitor and controlling costs, continuously resolve operational challenges that impact the effectiveness of the account 10%
  • Oversee team’s building and maintenance of a talent pipeline that aligns with the client’s needs and output requirements 5%
  • Attend networking events within the client industry and introduce cutting edge services from the staffing market 5%
  • Effectively deliver Randstad’s operational standards with excellence while using RCS specific tools for recruitment, selection, and retention of talent and client development activities 5%

Knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload
  • Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
  • Ability to present business reviews and workforce strategies to client groups
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify customer’s needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations
  • Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s level work a plus

Work experience
  • Five to seven years of business experience with a minimum of one in either staffing or in the client’s industry of specialization
