Position Title: RIS Site Coordinator

External Description:

Randstad, the #1 staffing company in the world, is looking to hire a Site Coordinator. The RIS Site Coordinator will contribute to the execution of RIS work processes via support of the onsite account team directly supporting the client's specific strategic and operational goals. This person will specialize in ensuring compliance and coordinating efforts pertaining to unemployment hearings, applicant screenings (background, assessments, drug testing), safety, payroll, I-9s, and talent records and workers compensation by:

Position Summary:
• Developing and managing a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's needs and output requirements
• Participating in hiring process by administering skill assessments, processing applications, and references
• Coordinating onsite and external drug testing efforts
• Completing and auditing payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintaining electronic and paper records to ensure effective, orderly and legal storage of personnel data
• Maintaining talent records in Randstad Front Office
• Distributing safety equipment and maintaining the necessary inventory
• Undertaking any other tasks deemed appropriate to this role, as directed by the Site Manager

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels
• Proficient computer skills for accuracy in reporting and recording information
• Experience in multi-tasking, prioritizing work and effective time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent service orientation and professional demeanor
• Ability and willingness to take on operational tasks
Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives

Education:
• HS Diploma required

Work Experience:
• 3 years business experience preferred
• Minimum 1 year in staffing or in the client's industry of specialization
