Position Title: RCD Talent Care Coordinator

External Description:

TALENT MANAGEMENT/PAYROLL:
  • Processing and completing payroll tasks as it relates to
    • Reviewing and entering all timecards (as needed), expenses, bonuses, and commissions for active workforce of over 1,000 external employees
    • Managing pay and bill rates, sick time, taxes, screening charges, and civic duty for talent and clients in VMS tools and Randstad Front Office
    • Completing payroll requests for payroll stops, voids, batch cancellations, stop payments, and reversals
    • Meeting payroll deadlines to ensure accurate billing for clients and timely pay
    • Diagnosing and addressing discrepancies between VMS tools and RFO for hours, rates, and tax variances
  • Driving talent management & engagement
  • Exceeding client and talent expectations by following Randstad’s Operational Standards and acting as the branch ambassador
  • Maintaining talent records in applicable Randstad front office systems as well as electronic and paper records to ensure effective, orderly and legal storage of personnel data
  • Undertaking any other tasks deemed appropriate to this role, as directed by the Operations Manager
Education:
  • Minimum HS Diploma
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
Work Experience:
  • 2 years of business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience required
  • A minimum of either one year in payroll administration or customer service preferred
  • Payroll systems preferred: Peoplesoft, Fieldglass, IQN, Beeline
Skills:
