As a Selling Market Manager, you will be the leading sales development professional for the office. As a role model, you will mentor your Staff to own their business and secure the Randstad brand by providing exceptional service to our Clients and our Talent. Your success is measured by your ability to balance sales targets and customer-service objectives while growing revenue and profitability in a highly competitive industry.

Personal Production Responsibilities:
-Develops a sales strategy for the Dallas market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
-Build and maintain an account portfolio of Office and Administrative clients and prospects
-Execute and manage daily business development activities including inside phone sales, cold-calling, client visits, proposals, and national marketing campaigns
-Recruit, interview, market, and effectively place Office and Administrative professionals with top companies in the market
-Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, ensuring they are effectively communicated and implemented within the branch

Management Responsibilities:
-Responsible for personal sales production as well as the performance and development of the Staffing Managers
-Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Staffing Managers
-Assists Staffing Managers in preparation of proposals and presentations
-Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
-Interviews and trains all Staffing Managers based on criteria agreed upon by senior management
-Sets examples for Staffing Managers in areas of personal character, commitment, organization, selling skills, and work ethic

Desired Skills and Experience:
-4 year college degree preferred.
-4+ years professional business experience within the staffing industry.
-2+ years managing a sales team.
-Demonstrated professional loyalty and consistent career progression reflecting commitment and perseverance.
-Ability to provide sound leadership and guidance while directing a team to achieve set objectives.
-Unsurpassed level of professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels.
-Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
-Demonstrated ability to identify customer's needs and to deliver, decline, or adjust expectations.
-Previous success in a metrics-driven environment.
