External Description:

As a Recruiting Business Partner you are responsible for the implementation and execution of recruitment and development program and policies. The RBP has a coordinating role in the team regarding other Recruiters. For example: by being a mentor, being on-board and training new colleagues, leading meetings and designing business processes. 
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Client & Candidate Management
  • Help senior colleagues manage client and customer relationships by using sales/client systems and protocols
  • Carry out prescribed client management activities and provides support to others by following existing procedures using project management skills to oversee the total process
  • Execute a communications plan by working within established communication systems and procedures
  • Responsible for the overall execution of the employment branding strategy
  • Review company communications, align with corporate policies and guidelines, and participate in regularly scheduled company and team meetings
  • Manage and define interactive media & internet advertising campaigns from inception to delivery
Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional & intellectual ability
  • Certification in Recruitment training, focus group, or conference preferred
Experience:
  • Large Enterprise Account experience - staffing for VMS, MSP or RPO large client settings preferred
  • Experience of account management, requisition management and/or a consultative recruiting role as the direct, primary Hiring Manager point of contact. Also in a candidate generation role, producing candidate pipelines and having a proven track record of hiring success
  • Demonstrated track record of understanding clients’ functional/technical hiring needs and translating those into effective candidate generation strategies (passive and active)
  • Preferably experience in Manufacturing industry
  • Proven recruitment experience in a multinational organization as a Senior Recruiter or Recruitment Manager in a client facing role
  • Experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
  • Knowledge of social media and social networking sites like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Job boards and professional organizations
  • Knowledge of sourcing and screening methodologies
  • Preferably knowledge of employment branding and position value proposition creation
  • Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
