About the role:

As the Candidate Engagement Specialist, you will join the Employee Experience team and be an integral member of the organization.  Your primary focus will be keeping the candidate interview process on track.  If you’re looking for a challenging position that will utilize your organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to problem solve, then keep reading.

  • You will assist coordinators in scheduling a high volume of interviews as well as book travel for candidates in a timely manner
  • Provide candidate tours and guide hiring managers and interviewers to ensure onsite interviews are executed flawlessly (including coordination of lunch or breakfast meetings as needed)
  • You will partner with our new hire on-boarding coordination team to ensure a great first day experience for all new hires
  • Partner with the recruiting team, candidates, and hiring managers throughout the hiring life cycle
  • You will maintain meticulous attention to detail leaving candidates feeling thoughtfully cared for throughout the interview process

Requirements and qualifications include:

  • BA/BS degree, Associates degree plus 2, or equivalent years work experience
  • 2 plus years of recruiting, HR admin, scheduling coordination or similar high-volume administrative position
  • One plus years’ experience updating applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar customer relationship management systems. We use Avature ATS!
  • Ability to communicate in a professional, calm and concise manner; the highest discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to work in our AppD San Francisco based office 5 days a week 9-5
